Senior Deskside Engineer

Role
* Identify and resolve various IT issues within the established time and quality (connectivity, application errors, operating system failures, etc.).
* Configure and prepare video conference rooms.
* Organise and inventory the warehouse.
* Install Microsoft Operating Systems and image devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, PDAs).
* Install software and run scripts.
* Replace components (hard drives, processors, etc.) in different types of devices.
* Perform other IT‑related tasks following Computacenter’s directives.
* Document work and constantly communicate with on‑site or remote teams.
* Maintain mobility to provide services at different sites.
Necessary Knowledge
* Google Suite
* ServiceNow
* Microsoft Office
* Windows
* iOS
* At least 4 years of experience as a Deskside Engineer in a Microsoft environment
* Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Computer Science
* Driving licence required

* Fully presential
* Monday to Friday coverage with potential on‑call or weekend interventions
* Rotating shifts (8 h to 17 h or 9 h to 18 h)
* Pluxee card (Sodexo) €180 /month (11 months/year: €1 980/year) after 3 months and private health insurance after 6 months
