Galderma is seeking a Global Brand Lead OTC to elevate their beauty and skincare portfolio, particularly in acne care. The position involves overseeing the global marketing strategy, pipeline development, and campaign execution for brands like Benzac, Differin, and Epiduo. Key Responsibilities
Global Strategy and Brand Development :
* Lead the development of a bold, innovative global strategy for Benzac, Differin, and Epiduo that aligns with Galderma's broader business objectives.

* Take full ownership of the global P&L, managing resources strategically to optimize profitability and deliver growth.
* Operate independently, owning every aspect of global strategy, campaign development, and product lifecycle management.

360-Degree Campaign Innovation :
* Create and launch integrated campaigns that are bold, culturally relevant, and digitally forward, with a particular focus on social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
* Leverage your knowledge of acne care to craft targeted, impactful messaging for consumers and HCPs.
* Ensure campaigns are data-driven, performance-oriented, and optimized for ROI.

Performance Management :

Skills & Qualifications
* 10+ years in global marketing or brand management, ideally within beauty or skincare, with specific experience in acne care or related categories.
