We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven and passionate Sales Representative to manage the East Spain territory. If you are commercially strong, autonomous and connected to the cycling and outdoor community — this role is for you.
This is a field-based position with up to 80% travel within the assigned territory.
The main tasks of the position are:
The Sales Representative will drive revenue growth, strengthen dealer relationships and position Giro Cycling and Camelbak as leading brands in the region.
Sales Management
• Establish Giro Cycling and Camelbak as primary partners within the East Spain territory
• Develop existing accounts and secure new representation in specialized and lifestyle retail
• Drive Pre-Book, Re-Order and Clearance sales cycles
• Maximize revenue and profitability across assigned accounts
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in assigned geographies
• Report opportunities, risks and support needs to the Country Manager
• Actively participate in sales meetings and provide market feedback
Dealer Management
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with customers
• Deliver seasonal merchandising presentations and product training sessions
• Manage order status and resolve delivery, stock or payment issues
• Execute seasonal campaigns, catalogs and in-season initiatives
• Identify and develop Shop-in-Shop opportunities in collaboration with Marketing
• Conduct regular account visits to drive revenue and strengthen brand execution
• Support key events and distributor initiatives within the territory
Market Management
• Act as brand ambassador at mountain bike races, events and industry gatherings
• Monitor competitors and market trends to adjust sales strategy
• Stay updated on product launches and category trends
• Identify new distribution opportunities within the territory
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
Position requirements:
Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Representative
• Experience working with independent bike shops and retail chains
• Strong presentation and customer service skills
• English level B1 minimum
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic Salesforce knowledge
• Availability to travel up to 80%
• Full driving license
