Job Description:
Presentation: At Claire Joster Executive, we are seeking a Country HR Manager for one of our clients, a well-known Group supporting major brands in deploying their international digital strategies.
Organization: Office in Barcelona (90 people), reporting to the local General Manager and the Global HR Director based in Paris. You will lead the HR function of the Spain office in Barcelona.
Work Environment: Work on complex, innovative projects for demanding customers, with exposure to cutting-edge technologies, multicultural teams, and daily contact with employees worldwide.
Responsibilities:
* Support managers throughout the managerial cycle (recruitment, reviews, compensation, talent management, conflicts, departures) in compliance with local regulations and group policies.
* Act as a change agent to support organizational changes aligned with company culture.
* Support employees during their lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, training, mobility, offboarding).
* Contribute to a positive social climate by leading works council meetings, and facilitating internal communications and town halls.
* Develop HR policies, processes, and tools to ensure a fun and comfortable workplace.
* Promote group culture and implement global projects locally (talent management, HRIS).
* Manage HR campaigns (performance, talent, succession, compensation reviews) and participate in global HR projects.
* Oversee payroll execution with an external vendor.
* Manage one HR Assistant/Office Manager.
Requirements:
* Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
* At least 6 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or HR Business Partner, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
* Experience in a dynamic, multinational, multicultural environment.
* Knowledge of Spanish labor laws and regulations.
* Ability to work with senior leaders to assess issues and provide HR guidance.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Fluent in English.
