We are hiring in Spain for an experienced sales leader to lead a team of Territory Managers (TM) / Clinical Specialists. The role involves meeting and exceeding sales quotas through profiling, targeting, needs analysis, and closing targeted account customers, including:
Health Care Professionals (Endocrinologists, clinical nurses, administrators)Key diabetes institutionsPublic healthcare funding organizationsResponsibilities:
You will be accountable for achieving sales objectives, ensuring profitability, and adhering to the company's sales and marketing guidelines. You will lead, coach, and develop the team, focusing on expanding business and brand loyalty within strategic accounts such as private practices, diabetes clinics, hospitals, and medical centers.Expectations:
Meet/exceed sales targets and market share within your regionPossess strong knowledge of local healthcare funding, reimbursement, and account managementCollaborate with Market Access team to address stakeholder needsDevelop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in diabetes careDemonstrate proficiency in discussing and demonstrating Insulet's products and related diabetes products, including competitive offeringsTrain and lead the team on company products and technologyEnsure professional execution of sales activities in line with promotional guidelinesHire, develop, and retain top sales talentCoach team members on activity execution and outcomesConduct customer training programsManage budget and resources effectivelyEducation and Experience:
Relevant sales experience in the diabetes or medical device industry, or equivalent education and experience. Prior sales leadership experience in a similar role with a diabetes products company is preferred. Strong relationships with endocrinologists are highly desirable. Industry, clinical, and diabetes-specific training are preferred.Skills and Competencies:

Valid driver’s license;
residence within the assigned regionFrequent travel by air and car, including overnight staysFluent in French and proficient in English (reading and speaking).
