Cross Border Talents is hiring an Account Manager to join an international team in Málaga, supporting one of the worlds leading financial services brands.
This is a client-facing role focused on long-term relationship management and portfolio growth within the German SME market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of SME clients, focusing on retention and growth
* Identify client needs and deliver tailored AMEX solutions
* Proactively develop your sales pipeline and exceed growth targets
* Build strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers
* Understand client risks and opportunities to maximize value
Profile Were Looking For:
* Native German speaker with fluent English (B2+)
* Experience working in or with the German market
* Strong organization, negotiation, and communication skills
* Sales or account management background is a plus
* Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Offer Summary:
* Base salary: 18,461/year + 6,000+ in benefits
* Standard working hours: 39h/week
