Objective :
To create, improve and monitor digital content to reach AB Living Group and its brands target audiences and objectives. It's a role that involves the creation, curation and assessment of digital content used for brand awareness and other marketing activities. To establish online content strategies, create the content and distribute it effectively through appropriate channels.
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
Establishing a content calendar to create short and long-term content campaigns for different digital channels
Creating engaging content to develop content that meets company objectives and brand standards
Devising various content strategies that work for specific audiences with an aim to reach clear goals such as a set number of sites visitors
Ensuring unity throughout content by promoting a consistent brand voice and identity that aligns with social media profiles
Monitoring and researching competitors and other institutions on the industry to find trends, interesting data, gaps in keywords or content to cover
Tracking and measuring the performance of digital content with the use of digital tools that measure key performance indicators and metrics
Developing marketing strategies for digital content, creating email campaigns and social media posts
Writing blog posts, ebooks, articles, or other materials that are relevant to the companys products or services
Creating presentations to communicate new marketing strategies to other members of the team
Editing text and images to ensure they follow with the companys brand guidelines
Creating infographics to illustrate complex concepts in simple ways
Evaluating new technologies and suggesting ways to incorporate them into existing strategies
Creating and updating a website to attract customers to the companys products or services
Conducting research on topics related to the companys products or services to create content for blogs, websites, and other marketing materials
Researching and analyzing industry trends to identify new opportunities for the company to capitalize on
Specific Skills :
Ability to use digital marketing tools and online calendars for campaigns.
Strong communication skills
Strong online marketing skills and good understanding of major marketing channels
Min 10 years Proven working experience in a similar position, presently on a brand of similar positioning (Luxury / Hospitality / Wellbeing / Real Estates)
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo / video / text), presentation and communication skills
Sufficient availability to be able to carry out an adequate management and monitoring of the company's social channels
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
Passion for the Wellness / Hospitality Industry!
Bilingual Spanish - English
BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
