This is a highly hands-on delivery role, driving tangible outcomes, managing complex dependencies, and ensuring a seamless transition while maintaining full business continuity throughout the migration.Key AccountabilitiesLead the decommissioning of the legacy platform and migration to the new solution.Coordinate cross-functional teams to design, build, and test required interfaces.Resolve blockers quickly and maintain delivery momentum.Ensure smooth coexistence between legacy and new platforms during transition.Manage risks, cutover activities, and go-live with minimal business impact.Track dependencies, align stakeholders, and support decision-making.Oversee budget, resource allocation, and vendor costs.Execute controlled shutdown of legacy components and handle data archival.Drive a results-focused delivery culture and ensure progress toward milestones.Required Experience & SkillsEssentialSenior-level experience delivering complex IT transformation projects.Strong technical understanding to collaborate with architects, developers, and infrastructure teams.Proven experience in platform migrations or system decommissioning.Ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.Hands-on, problem-solving mindset and comfort diving into technical detail.Solid budget management skills (tracking, forecasting, cost control).High level of English (spoken and written).DesirableBackground
