We are seeking a Corporate FP&A Senior Analyst reporting directly to the Deputy Finance Director. This role will lead efforts to engage with various business divisions and stakeholders to:
1. Data analysis and reporting:
o Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data from multiple sources.
o Prepare and present financial reports, analysis, budgets, and forecasts to management and stakeholders.
o Identify trends, patterns, and potential risks or opportunities.
o Develop tools and KPIs to support key responsibilities.
2. Financial modelling and forecasting:
o Create and maintain financial models for planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
o Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess impacts.
3. Investment analysis and recommendation:
o Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations based on financial data.
o Monitor investment performance and evaluate management actions.
4. Financial planning and budgeting:
o Assist in developing and implementing financial plans and budgets.
o Track performance against budgets and previous periods, analyzing variances and trends.
5. Business acumen and problem solving:
o Understand industry trends and the business environment.
o Identify and analyze business issues, validate solutions, and monitor action plans.
o Communicate complex financial information clearly across the organization.
Required skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
* 5-10 years of relevant experience.
* Proficiency in English & Spanish communication skills.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills.
* Problem-solving abilities for complex financial issues.
* Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools.
* Understanding of broader business environment and industry trends.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Teamwork and collaboration skills.
