In this context, we are currently looking to hire an Office Manager Specialist for our Madrid office, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the workplace and supporting the People & Culture team.
We are seeking a high-potential professional with experience in office management, administration or HR support, ideally within a dynamic and international environment. A high level of English (C1) is essential, as the role involves working with international suppliers, managing visits, and preparing documentation and presentations in English.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating, planning, and ensuring everything runs smoothly, while also contributing positively to the employee experience and overall office environment.
Office Management
Coordinate the daily operations of the office
Manage suppliers (office supplies, cleaning, maintenance, insurance, etc.)
Coordinate visits and reception
Support internal events and overall office logistics
Monitor and control time tracking / attendance
Provide general administrative support
Previous experience in Office Management, Administration, or HR support roles
High level of English (C1), actively used in a professional environment, including: Interaction with international suppliers, Managing visits and Documentation and presentations in English
Good command of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
