On the lookout for a Sous Chef to join a lovely private 80m+ yacht
Responsibilities :
1. Assist the Head Chef with menu planning, food preparation, and supporting the cooking crew with guest meals.
2. Handle administrative tasks, including managing dietary plans for owners, such as calculating fats, carbs, and protein intake.
3. Support with sending menus and placing orders.
4. Work with a diverse range of cuisines, adapting to the owners' preferences, as they spend the entire summer on the yacht with their family.
5. Be a collaborative team player, eager to learn and grow into the role of Sous Chef.
6. Enjoy a friendly crew environment that values socializing and team-building activities.
