Role Overview
Become an Automotive Hotline Technician in Barcelona. Use your expertise in vehicle electronics to provide remote, real‑time support to workshop technicians.
Responsibilities
* Guide workshop technicians through remote support, diagnosing complex electronic issues (sensors, ECUs, CAN networks).
* Use advanced diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, scanners, and analysis software.
* Identify fault patterns, recommend solutions, and help prevent future problems.
* Participate in internal training sessions and develop technical content.
* Leverage digital AI‑powered platforms and smart data.
Qualifications
* Technical background in automotive electronics, electromechanics, or vehicle engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in advanced diagnostics.
* Proficiency with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and diagnostic software.
* Solid understanding of modern vehicle electronics and communication protocols.
* Solution‑driven mindset and genuine interest in helping others.
* Fluent Spanish and English (at least B1/B2).
* Bonus: Experience in remote support or technical training.
