(TRI) — a leading Thermo King dealership — we’re searching for a Parts Operations Manager to lead our warehouse team and optimize our parts distribution from our De Pere, WI hub.

What You’ll Do
* Lead all parts warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and safety procedures
* Supervise, schedule, and support a 10-person warehouse team
* Maintain accurate inventory and streamline part organization for efficiency
* Collaborate with service and sales teams to fulfill internal and external customer needs
* Manage incoming requests from customers via phone and email with professionalism
* Analyze inventory turns, trends, and KPIs using Excel and Power BI
* Ensure compliance with company SOPs and OSHA safety standards
* Continuously identify and implement process improvements
What You Bring
* 3+ years in warehouse or parts department management (automotive, truck, heavy equipment, or HVAC preferred)
* Proven leadership and people management skills
* Strong understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory control
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Power BI
* Familiarity with inventory systems (SAGE experience a plus)
* Forklift experience and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* A team-first mindset and clean driving record
