SEARGIN IS HIRING!! Solution IT expert role will work within the Product Sustainability & Compliance team of the Technical Operations, Quality Assurance product line. This position includes the following tasks and responsibilities, with a main focus on SAP Product and REACH Compliance, SAP Product Safety (formerly SAP EHSM), and SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance Software Solutions.
Requirements (must have)
* Very good application knowledge in SAP Product and REACH Compliance, SAP Product Safety (formerly SAP EHSM), and/or SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance Software Solutions.
* Over 2 years of professional IT experience in the relevant SAP module(s) mentioned above.
* Participation in at least 1 SAP implementation project (full cycle).
* Experience in EHSM (Product Safety, Product Compliance) processes and regulatory context.
* Good understanding of SAP material master.
* Ability to contribute to alignment meetings and discussions with business and IT stakeholders.
* BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent degree and/or experience.
* Advanced English skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
* Based in Europe or Canada.

Special Requirements
* Flexibility to travel approximately 10-15%, including outside of the home country.
* Working hours aligned with European office hours, with potential shifts to early morning or late afternoon to accommodate colleagues in California.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Support solution design updates and impact analysis, including documentation and architecture modeling.
* Act as junior IT consultant to stakeholders like Product Owners, Product Managers, and Business Process Owners, supporting technical process flows, requirements, and gap analysis.
* Understand business processes and establish strong links with technical teams responsible for application and product delivery.
* Support alignment with the technology roadmap and process optimization within the domain.
* Assist requirements gathering and translate User Requirements into Technical Requirements and Work packages for Developers.
* Collaborate with external consultants and developers in different team configurations (Waterfall, DevOps, Agile).
* Develop domain expertise and share knowledge to support team development.
* Support project implementation, planning, and maintenance activities, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
* Assist in defining testing procedures for System and User Acceptance tests.
