Market Experience Manager - Omnichannel Campaign Orchestration
At Shakers, we are partnering with a global technology firm to bring on a Market Experience Manager who will be the strategic and operational bridge between local brand teams and a centralized Production & Creative Hub. Fully remote role with direct impact on how omnichannel campaigns get executed across markets.
The challenge
The Hub centralizes content production across markets, and this role is the person who makes it work on the ground. You will orchestrate omnichannel campaigns end to end, from planning to deployment to optimization, acting as a trusted advisor to brand teams on content reuse, channel selection, and what to produce next. Day-to-day, you will forecast content demand, coordinate with production teams to keep delivery on track, and read campaign performance to feed decisions back into the next cycle.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate integrated omnichannel campaigns from strategic planning through deployment and ongoing optimization.
- Drive adoption of the centralized production services and advise brand teams on content optimization, channel choice, and asset reuse.
- Forecast and manage content demand, coordinating with production teams to secure on-time delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and turn the data into actionable insight.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, and agencies to keep execution consistent across markets.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Omnichannel Operations, or Content Operations.
- Track record managing agency relationships or client accounts.
- Hands-on background executing and coordinating complex marketing campaigns.
- Solid command of omnichannel marketing and customer experience strategy.
- End-to-end project management plus strong stakeholder engagement.
- Data-driven approach to content strategy and optimization.
- Experience with demand planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Comfortable operating with centralized production hubs across the full content lifecycle.
- C1/C2 Italian and English.
Nice to have
- Exposure to regulated industries (e.g. Life Sciences) and their compliance and communication constraints.
- Practical familiarity with marketing automation platforms or DAM systems.
- Working knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing for campaign improvement.
- Experience with global teams and cross-market collaboration.
