More about the Role
* Execution of activities aimed at meeting customer needs in line with the established sales strategies for the region
* Establishment of customer communication and development of relationships within the framework of corporate culture and market/customer policies
* Ability to manage key accounts and to run the associated topics together with customer management, supply‑chain, quality&environment, production, category management, R&D and all related departments
* Monitoring, reporting, and implementation of action plans for accounts’ activities up to final sales end
* Market developments, competitor analysis, tracking, and reporting
* Collection price and profitability analyses, alternative product studies
* Conducting customer visits and participating in fairs
* Implementation of arrangements and practices to increase customer satisfaction
* Research and negotiations for the creation of sales channels for new markets, customers, or new products in line with goals and strategies, reporting
* Coordination with relevant departments in the demand, order, shipment, and after‑sales service process
All About you
* Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, or Administrative Sciences
* Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in glassware
* Demonstrated success in key account management
* Hands‑on experience in Spain& Portugal markets
* Experienced in B2B sales and working with retailers.
* Proficient in Spanish and fluent in English (both written and verbal)
* Excellent presentation and reporting abilities
* Strong negotiation and communication skills; team‑oriented mindset
* Proven ability to multi‑task, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently
* Well‑developed networking skills and relationship‑building capabilities
* Willingness and flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally
* Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently, analyze market trends, and deliver valuable regional insights
