The incumbent acts as a key integrator across customer, origin, and internal functions, ensuring the consistent delivery of quality fruit, high service levels, and cost-efficient supply.
They act as the primary point of contact for their category internally and externally, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and growers, and internal stakeholders including Quality, Logistics, and Finance.
The role leads end-to-end category execution under the facilitator model, including supplier selection, commercial negotiations (price and volume), contracting, and delivery of seasonal sourcing strategies and ramp-up plans. xbhjioe
It owns supplier performance through structured scorecards in collaboration with Quality and Sustainability, ensuring alignment with customer requirements including margin expectations, open book costing, and governance frameworks.
