**Job description**:
We are looking for a **Store Manager** to lead our seasonal **pop‑up in Ibiza** from **June to September**. If you bring strong retail expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to elevate both team performance and customer experience, this role offers an exciting summer challenge.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive revenue growth, oversee daily operations, and lead the sales team with a hands‑on, people‑first approach.
- Develop strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets through clientelling, exceptional service, events, partnerships, and traffic‑driving initiatives.
- Ensure a consistent, high‑quality in‑store experience aligned with brand standards.
- Think strategically and make decisions that elevate store performance.
- Prioritize, plan, delegate, and manage administrative tasks while adapting to evolving business needs.
- Maximize inventory efficiency and maintain strong cash‑control and loss‑prevention practices.
**Profile**:
Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail.
Positive leadership, strong people skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Passion for customer experience and creating meaningful interactions.
Analytical mindset, results orientation, and agile decision‑making.
