How will it be to work with us?
1. Optimize Finance Processes: Help identify where we can improve workflows like payment runs or reporting, and suggest smarter, faster ways to do them.
2. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with teams across the company—Finance, Operations, IT—to bring ideas to life and make sure they solve real-world problems.
3. Analyze & Model Scenarios: Use your technical background to build simple simulation models or test financial outcomes of future decisions.
4. Experiment with Innovation: Contribute to small projects like automating reconciliations or creating dashboards that help teams see their numbers more clearly.

Recent aerospace engineering graduates:You’ve just completed your degree in Aerospace Engineering and are looking for an opportunity to apply your technical mindset in a dynamic, real-world business environment. A firstexperience is a plus, but not required—what matters is your motivation and immediate availability.
7. Analytical and detail-oriented:You enjoy solving complex problems, working with data, and thinking critically about how systems and processes can be improved.
8. Naturally curious and eager to learn:While you may not have a background in finance, you’re excited to pick up the fundamentals and apply your engineering skills in new ways—from process automation to performance modelling.
9. Flexible and organized:You’re comfortable working on multiple tasks at once, even when priorities shift. You know how to stay focused and manage time effectively in a fast-moving environment.
10. Great communicator and team player:You can explain technical ideas clearly and enjoy collaborating with teammates from different departments—whether it’s IT, Finance, or Operations.
11. English & Spanish Fluent:English & Spanishare our working language, but speaking French, or Italian is a bonus in our multicultural environment.
