In this role you help ensure compliant execution of engagement and funding activities within Global Patient Engagement and related CD teams. You will partner with legal and ERC colleagues to align contracts with regulatory expectations and Novartis standards. You support process improvements, SOP development, and data transparency, enabling timely, accurate governance across activities. You will lead training, data validation, and system-oriented initiatives, driving operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration. This is an opportunity to shape engagement governance in a large, innovative pharma environment.

• Prepare, negotiate, and execute contracts per Novartis templates and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with legal and ERC teams to align on high-impact matters
• Coordinate with activity owners for complete and accurate data
• Maintain tracking and reporting of operational data for compliance
• Support SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
• Provide first-line support for Engage, HIP, BeSure, GEMS
• Support PIP quarterly payments tracking and timely execution
• Lead team training and capability-building sessions
• Contribute to TOV data validation and cross-functional coordination
• Escalate system defects and access issues to appropriate teams
• Align contract templates and implementation practices with Legal
• Prepare and present KPIs and governance metrics
• Support USPA funding submissions in external funding systems
• Organize team calls, support UAT, and drive process enhancements
Responsabilidades
• 6+ years in global, cross-functional environments
• Proven project management, stakeholder management, and contract management skills
• Familiar with Drug Development processes and Development organization
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Action-oriented, change-driven performer
• Ability to work independently and simplify processes to meet objectives
• Experience with process improvement, risk/issue management, vendor management
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to challenges
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and negotiation skills
