This exciting opportunity combines your passion for golf with your leadership skills to deliver exceptional experiences for our members and guests.- ** Golf Operations & Customer Experience**- Oversees all golf operations of the club to deliver the highest standards of excellence in member participation, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all golfers.- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.- Maintain a strong presence around the course and clubhouse, engaging with golfers and staff to ensure high service standards.- Teaches golf lessons and clinics to VIP members and guests.- o Creates a service oriented atmosphere that promotes the game of golf and meets clients needs. Ensures that clients provide a high level of customer service.- **Staff Management & Leadership**- Support the recruitment, train, schedule, and manage golf operations staff, including pro shop attendants, outside service personnel, and assistants.- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment, ensuring staff is motivated and well-equipped to provide top-tier service.- Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance.- Ensures effective orientation and training of each new associate.
