About the Role:
Assist Trade Marketing Manager in managing and coordinating the National Promotion Plan, National Key Accounts Promotions, National Key Accounts Multi-brand In-store Activation and Display, POSM Projects and Implementation, External and Internal In-store Sampling Activities, Sponsorships and Events, NPD Listings, Competitor Promotion Intelligence Reports for different Business Units throughout KSA & GULF.
Responsibilities
* Support the planning and execution of national promotions and in-store activations
* Coordinate POSM implementation and product sampling sessions
* Monitor product placement, visibility, and planogram compliance across regions
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive category and pricing strategies
* Analyze sales and market data to optimize promotional effectiveness
* Assist in launching new products and managing trade marketing budgets
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
* Minimum 5 years of trade marketing experience in FMCG within the Middle East
* Fluent in English and Arabic
* Strong understanding of Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and Wholesale channels
* Experience with space planning, merchandising, and promotional execution
* Familiarity with POS materials, planograms, and product distribution strategies
* Ability to manage operational execution across regions and territories
* Knowledge of category management, pricing strategy, and market share growth
* Proficiency in analyzing trade data and forecasting promotional impact
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
