We are seeking a Stock Keeper to fill a 40 hour full-time position. This role is temporary, covering a paternity leave in our store at La Roca Village. The successful candidate will work under the Store Manager's supervision, focusing on back office tasks that enable sales staff to provide timely assistance to customers. This includes fast, accurate and simple product picking, resulting in shorter wait times for customers. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Business Management Support sales staff as needed during the sales process (picking requested products). Ensure all movements of merchandise for inbound/outbound shipments and deliveries are discreet and respectful of the customer experience. Personnel Development and Management Participate in induction programs to quickly integrate into the store team. Engage in training programs to enhance product competency and stock management, providing feedback on effectiveness to the supervisor. Participate in daily morning briefs sharing important back-of-house topics. Provide training to new hires on operations functions. Apply company policies and procedures (including health and safety regulations, loss prevention, HR policy). Track and manage rotating inventory, updating the system when necessary without disrupting sales floor activities. Participate actively in goods receiving and ensure quality control. Verify that received goods, transport documents, and back-office system correspond. Report any losses, damage or discrepancies to the Store Manager. Handle incoming and outgoing goods (transfers, end-of-season returns) without disrupting sales floor activities. Organize and participate in fiscal inventories and cyclecounts. Assist with additional daily store operations as needed. PROFILE Minimum +2 years of fashion sales experience. Excellent presence and communication skills. Passion for Fashion. Vocation for customer service and commitment in retail and luxury sector. High level of English and Spanish (additional languages an asset).
