Job Description: Regional Marketing Manager – Spain
Location: Spain, Fully remote
Are based in Spain and able to attend local industry events or manage local activations when needed.
Responsible for:
Developing and executing localized marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and trading activity in the French market.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Growth, Product, Community, Compliance) to ensure marketing initiatives are tailored to local user behavior, regulations, and cultural context.
Managing partnerships with local KOLs, influencers, affiliates, media, and communities to promote Bybit through both online and offline channels.
Planning and running regional marketing campaigns (e.g. referral programs, promotions, airdrops, webinars, AMAs, trading competitions) specific to the French-speaking audience.
Leading community growth efforts, including Telegram/Discord management, events, and grassroots campaigns.
Monitoring campaign performance and user acquisition data, and iterating based on ROI and engagement.
Acting as the voice of the French market internally – delivering regular market insights and feedback from users and partners.
Keeping up with local crypto trends, competitor activity, and relevant regulatory shifts to inform campaign and positioning strategy.
We are looking for candidates who:
Have 3+ years of experience in regional or digital marketing, with proven success in building community/user growth or brand presence in Spain.
Have a deep understanding of the French crypto user base, culture, content channels, and market dynamics.
Are familiar with marketing tools and platforms (e.g. CRM, analytics, social platforms like Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, Discord, etc.).
Have experience working with KOLs, affiliates, and community partners in the Web3 or fintech space.
Are proactive, creative, and able to manage multiple campaigns with limited oversight.
Are results-oriented, with strong skills in performance tracking and reporting.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (native or fluent) and English (working proficiency).
