Job Description: Solutions Engineer

We are establishing a Financial & Insure team in Spain and are seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead our Networking, Telecommunications, and Security team.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Design, implement, and manage complex infrastructure and security solutions, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
2. Lead the technical team and provide internal and external consulting, aligning projects with industry best practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Networks, Telecommunications, or related fields.
* Proven experience in network architecture, security, and senior team leadership.
* Advanced knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching (VLAN, STP), VPN, and security protocols.
* Experience with Cisco Routing & Switching, Check Point, Infoblox (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), and Citrix NetScaler.
* Familiarity with network monitoring and analysis tools such as Wireshark and SolarWinds.
* Strong communication and leadership skills for managing multidisciplinary teams.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies like ITIL, Agile, PMI.
* Proficiency in written and spoken English for working with international teams.
* Certifications such as Check Point CCSA / CCSE, Infoblox NIOS Administrator, Citrix CCP-N, and other security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+) are highly valued.
