In this role you will lead the global benefits strategy alignment and oversee Spain HQ benefit operations. You collaborate with regional teams to shape cost models, benchmarks, and deployment of global initiatives. You act as project lead during implementations and ensure local practices meet global standards. You manage day-to-day benefits administration in Spain and guide HRBPs and employees on options. This is an international, impact-driven position with growth potential.

- Collaborate on the global benefits roadmap and support strategic proposals (cost modelling, benchmarking, impact scenarios).
- Contribute to deploying global initiatives (benefits platform, broker consolidation, pension redesign, mobility framework) and lead project coordination when needed.
- Consolidate benefits data across countries and maintain plan/provider/cost inventories;
support dashboards and reporting.
- Monitor cost trends, renewal cycles and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization.
- Manage day-to-day administration of benefits in Spain HQ and coordinate annual renewals with local providers.
- Serve as main contact for HRBPs and employees on benefits;
oversee provider relationships and ensure budget tracking. xqysrnh
- Define and maintain the global international mobility framework and ensure consistent policy application across regions while respecting local legal/tax needs.
Responsabilidades
- 6–9 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Experience in HR consultancy, multinational or matrix organizations
- Strategic contributor with operational strength
- Stakeholder management across geographies
- Strong analytical and financial mindset
- Experience supporting global transformation initiatives
- Solid understanding of Spanish benefits administration
- Fluent English
