We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and compliance-aware Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital presence across key platforms. The successful candidate will develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with brand positioning, investor engagement goals, and regulatory requirements across the European Union.
This role requires deep understanding of financial services marketing, EU regulatory frameworks, and reputation management in the investment industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
* Identify target audiences (institutional investors, family offices, HNWIs, financial advisors, and partners).
* Plan and manage editorial calendars across platforms including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and relevant EU financial communities.
Content Development
* Create high-quality, compliant content including market insights, investment commentary, thought leadership, ESG updates, whitepapers, webinars, and company announcements.
* Collaborate with portfolio managers, analysts, and leadership to translate complex financial concepts into engaging digital content.
* Ensure all communications adhere to EU financial marketing standards and internal compliance guidelines.
Regulatory & Compliance
* Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure content aligns with regulations such as MiFID II and relevant national financial authorities (e.g., AMF, BaFin, FCA where applicable).
* Implement approval workflows for regulated communications.
* Monitor regulatory changes affecting digital marketing within the EU.
Analytics & Optimization
* Track KPIs including engagement, lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion metrics.
* Provide monthly performance reports with strategic insights and optimization recommendations.
* Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and industry trends.
Brand & Reputation Management
* Manage corporate reputation and respond appropriately to public inquiries.
* Monitor financial media and competitor activity.
* Support crisis communication efforts when required.
Paid Campaign Management
* Plan and execute paid social campaigns targeting institutional and professional investors across the EU.
* Optimize ad performance in line with budget and ROI targets.
