Your mission Issue and manage the monthly invoicing for all group entities, ensuring it aligns with contracts, commercial agreements, and the terms agreed with each client. Manage the full Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle: monitoring due dates, proactively following up on overdue invoices, and recording payments. Reconcile revenue between issued invoices, received payments, and accounting records, ensuring there are no discrepancies at month-end close. Manage billing incidents: resolving disputes, issuing credit notes, and correcting invoices when necessary. Prepare and keep the customer aging report up to date. Carry out structured and proactive follow-up on collections. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure invoicing data accurately reflects what has been delivered to the client, preventing billing errors. Monitor the payment terms agreed with each client and flag any deviations or potential credit risks. Collaborate in the monthly close by providing accurate and timely information on revenue and accounts receivable. Support audits by providing the required documentation related to revenue and collections. Actively participate in continuous improvement and process automation projects within the area. Your profile 2 years of experience in a similar role. Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Accounting or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, or related fields. High level of English (minimum B2).
