Technical Lead
to drive technical excellence, shape architecture, and mentor a high-performing engineering team delivering impactful features at speed.
You’ll work closely with Product to translate big ideas into tangible milestones, balancing innovation with technical health, and setting the standard for how we build, scale, and ship.

What you’ll need:
5+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in payments, financial, or transaction-heavy systems.1+ years in a leadership or technical lead role.Strong system design knowledge and CS fundamentals.Proficiency in
Node.Js
and modern, service-oriented backends.Solid RDBMS and SQL expertise.Familiarity with event-driven architectures, asynchronous workflows, and messaging systems.Strong communication and collaboration skills in a distributed setup.
Nice to have:
Global payments or financial compliance experience.Containerised deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and AWS.Performance tuning for high-throughput systems.Monitoring/observability tools (Sentry, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
