As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by ensuring smooth order processing, timely communication, and effective issue resolution. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and uphold our commitment to service excellence.
Main responsibilities will include:
Manage customer orders, returns, and exchanges using JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system.
Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
Monitor inventory and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Support complaint handling and follow-up processes in line with company policies.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer care function.
