**Purpose**
- **To train, support and lead the team in achieving stock loss targets.**:

- **To ensure all core department values are upheld by all personnel within the team.**
**Responsibilities**
- To deliver on personal store stock loss targets by ensuring the team deliver on their individual stock loss targets and KPIs.
- To develop the field team through on the job coaching and one-to-ones.
- o maintain a highly visible role within the field and ensure the team operate in same vein.
- To manage and support a team of Territory Profit Protection Managers and Area Profit Protection Managers in achieving the department's purpose.
- Develop and manage interdepartmental relationships in order to deliver the Profit Protection Department's purpose.
- To ensure the Field Team deliver value for money for the business.
- To manage the team's assets through robust management of the team asset register.
- To ensure Stock Audits are conducted in line with company procedure and attended by Area Profit Protection Managers where necessary.
- To ensure all stock losses within your territory are understood, reviewed and investigated by the team. Attending Serious losses as necessary and any remedial actions recommended signed off and agreed and implemented
- To ensure incidents of suspected or alleged internal dishonesty and investigated and brought to a satisfactory conclusion.
- To attend Retail Regional Meetings as necessary and deliver training and advice.
- To hold regular team briefings and meetings to ensure the team are delivering on the department's purpose.
- To ensure the adequate protection of company property which includes buildings and stock and make any recommendations considered appropriate to the Company.
- To ensure the team maintain an up to date knowledge of relative Criminal Law and personnel procedures to ensure accuracy and total efficiency by the Department.
- To ensure the team are conducting accurate and constructive Security Checklists in order to directly influence loss.
- To ensure the team are compliant with Company Procedures and ensure feedback is given where necessary.
- To ensure the Territory Profit Protection Managers are supporting and directing the Area Profit Protection Managers and Zone Profit Protection Managers in order to achieve their individual Stock Loss Targets.
- To take ownership of incidents of burglary. Thorough investigations must be conducted, and recommendations made to deter repeat occurrences.
- To ensure the team prioritise workload and ensure that all reports and investigations are completed within the deadlines set.
- To ensure team expenses and costs are kept to a minimum in order to deliver value for money for the business.
- To promote a healthy workplace culture and a culture of being open to change.
- To complete any other ad hoc tasks as set by the Group Head of Profit Protection within your current levels of responsibility.
**Requirements**:
- Law & Criminology degree or related education.
- High level of English (C1).
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
