About the Opportunity
Leading multinational company is looking to hire a Sales Development Specialist specialized in the German market. This strategic position will allow you to develop new B2B business opportunities and manage relationships with corporate clients in the German-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize business opportunities by identifying and closing deals for monthly and short-term needs
- Develop and maintain commercial relationships with targeted companies, actively prospecting new business
- Ensure continuity and flow in corporate client management
- Establish effective collaborative relationships with other internal departments
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements with the best possible terms
Essential Requirements
- Residence in Barcelona (mandatory)
- Very high level of German + professional level of Spanish/English
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in complex or long-cycle sales environments
- Proficiency in CRM tools and commercial management software
- Analytical ability to interpret business data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads into long-term partnerships
