AirOps Performance Management Principal Specialist
Summary:
The AirOps Business Performance Management Principal Specialist is responsible for providing key insights and performance measurement through data & analytics. They are accountable for delivering strategic insights and data-driven recommendations, unlocking the power of data for commercial decisions and delivering business value. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the commercial triangle: research, analytics approaches, and their application.
In this role you'll:
* Drive Pipeline review for clusters
o Prepare, analyze, and support cluster and regional performance reviews.
o Continuously improve dashboards and insights to support strategic decision-making.
* Execute Performance Monitoring
o Inform executives and key teams on various topics based on quantitative modeling results.
o Apply strategic thinking and go-to-market approaches into analytical problems and provide meaningful insights.
o Ensure the resolution of commercial problems using analytical and statistical rigor.
* Drive and improve data-driven decision making for Commercial Incentive Scheme
o Provide achievement of yearly sales targets, CRM accuracy, and other relevant metrics.
o Collaborate with planning and finance teams on target and achievement accuracy.
* Cooperation & Alignment with central teams
o Work closely with central and regional teams in planning and performance monitoring activities.
o Create, manage, and improve tools and documentation supporting processes regionally and globally.
o Represent the region in global projects and initiatives.
About the ideal candidate
* Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a related field.
* 5+ years in revenue operations, performance management, accounting, or finance, ideally in large corporations.
* Experience with AirOps is beneficial.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Motivated, service-oriented professional with effective communication skills across all levels.
* Experience with Salesforce is beneficial.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is advantageous.
