#Design and roll out the IT PMO, including governance, delivery standards, and project methodology.
Lead the end‐to‐end demand management process, ensuring alignment with architecture, integrations, and tech stack standards.
Govern and optimize the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira Software, JSM, Confluence) to bring consistency, traceability, and scalable ways of working.
Drive adoption of new processes, governance models, and planning practices across the region.
We're looking for someone with a solid blend of PMO leadership, governance discipline, and Atlassian expertise, ideally with:
~5+ years in IT PMO, project portfolio governance, or demand management.
~ Strong hands‐on experience configuring Atlassian tools (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence).
~ Deep understanding of project management frameworks (PMI, Prince2) and Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).
~ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
~ Fluency in English and Spanish.
~ Bonus points for: Jira Product Discovery, Advanced Roadmaps, Jira Align, integrations with Azure DevOps/ServiceNow, data/flow metrics, OKRs/KPIs, AI for prioritization or reporting, or any certifications (PMP, Prince2, ITIL4, SAFe, Atlassian ACP).
