Senior Sales Executive – Air & Ocean Freight
Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid / On‑site)
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive growth across air and ocean freight services. This role is suited to an established freight forwarding sales professional with deep market knowledge, strong commercial instincts, and a proven ability to win and grow accounts.
⚠️ This role requires hands‑on experience in air and ocean freight and strong CRM proficiency. Manage the full end‑to‑end sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, quoting, negotiating, and closing
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with importers, exporters, and senior supply‑chain stakeholders
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting within the CRM system
Monitor market trends, rates, trade lanes, and carrier availability to support commercial strategy
Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in air and ocean freight forwarding
Strong, day‑to‑day proficiency in CRM systems (pipeline management, forecasting, reporting)
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Fluency in Spanish and English
Confident engaging senior decision‑makers and managing complex sales cycles
Established operational platform and strong carrier network
Hybrid working model
