Your RoleWe are looking for a self-starting Data Analyst to take full control of our data and analytics for the D2C team at Natures Menu. 
You'll ideally have a background in D2C, e-commerce or subscription and experience with experimentation, or be looking for the opportunity to develop experience in this area.You'll work with BigQuery, Dataform, Stitch, Google Analytics and Looker in a fast-moving environment. 
You'll occasionally support our Data Scientist with Python-based tasks such as running scripts, debugging models or automating analyses.What you will doIdentify key trends and opportunities: proactively analyze data to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions and growth initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams: work closely with marketing, product and operations to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.Support data science workflows: assist with running, debugging and maintaining Python-based analytical models and scripts.Data-driven experimentation: support the running of experiments by advising on metrics, minimum detectable effects, runtimes and post-test analysis.Create and maintain impactful dashboards and reports: build visualizations in Looker that provide actionable insights to the D2C team and wider business.Own and manage the D2C data infrastructure: ensure data quality, integrity and accessibility within BigQuery, Dataform, Stitch, Looker and the A/B testing platform.Develop and implement data models: use Dataform to create robust and scalable models that support reporting and analysis needs.What we are looking forProven ability to deliver impact through analytics and data.Background in growth analytics or product analytics.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.Expertise in SQL.Comfortable using Python for data analysis and light model support (e.g., running scripts, investigating errors, or working with Pandas/Numpy). 
Knowledge of Marketing Mix Models or similar statistical modeling approaches is highly valued.Familiarity with version control tools such as Git is a plus.Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., Dataform) and BI platforms (e.g., Looker).
