* Multinational, leading electronics company Tech Hub
* You will work in an international Tech Hub with several hundred developers, UX designers and system architects using state-of-the-art technology to develop customer-focused solutions for more than 6 million customers daily in 13 countries.
Your Tasks
* Technical Expertise: Serve as a technical expert on our new platform, providing guidance, support, and best practices to developers/engineers and product organization.
* Community Building: Foster and grow a vibrant global developer community through meetups, hackathons, and community activities.
* Advocacy and Outreach: Act as an advocate for our platform, engaging with developers, management, and communities via events, webinars, etc.
* Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from the developer community and relay insights internally to improve our platform.
* Software Engineering Practices: Lead initiatives to define and promote best practices, including process optimization, code quality, performance, security, innovation, and collaboration within the developer community.
Your Profile
* Experience: Minimum 10 years in software development or related roles.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Java, Kotlin, Typescript, GoLang, Terraform), CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Flux, Argo CD), testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, SonarQube, ESLint), cloud services (GCP, Azure, AWS), and secure coding practices.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of explaining complex concepts.
* Community Engagement: Experience in building developer communities.
* Passion: Genuine interest in technology and empowering developers.
