Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and maintaining vehicle quality? We are seeking a dedicated Car Return Agent to help customers conclude their rental experience and ensure our fleet remains in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers professionally during vehicle return.
* Manage a high volume of vehicle check-ins daily.
* Identify and document any new damages for evaluation.
* Contribute to accurate damage records to support quality control.
* Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a smooth return process.
* Assist other branch functions to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
* Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support branch success.

About Us
At the end of the 19th century, cars transitioned from luxury items for the elite to accessible vehicles for the masses, beginning with the first car show in Paris in 1898. Car rental services emerged shortly thereafter but faced interruptions due to the World Wars.
Post-war, entrepreneur Raoul-Louis Mattei revived the concept, founding "L'Abonnement Automobile" in 1949, which later became Europcar. Headquartered at 11 rue du Champ de Mars, the company quickly responded to a real market need, pioneering car rental without a driver in 1951 with a fleet of 750 vehicles.
