Our client is undergoing a multi-year transformation of their Supply Chain Planning landscape as part of a large-scale ERP modernization program. They are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Consultant to design, enhance, and deploy advanced planning solutions across multiple global sites.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of technology and operations, shaping the future of Supply Chain Planning by leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities (PP, PP/DS, aATP) and Advanced Planning Systems (APO SNP/PPDS). You will collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions that support operational excellence in a highly regulated environment.

Main responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Planning modules (PP, PP/DS, aATP) and Advanced Planning Systems (APO SNP/PPDS)
- Translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with global process templates and best practices
- Collaborate with Business Process Experts, Data Specialists, and IT teams to integrate supply chain processes across the organization
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, propose solutions, and support optimization initiatives for planning and production operations
- Participate in testing, go-live, and post-implementation support to ensure high-quality and sustainable solutions
- Guide and support small project teams, providing expertise and mentoring during implementation phases
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, validation procedures, and regulatory requirements in a highly controlled industry
Core skills/experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain Planning or related field
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA (PP, PP/DS, aATP) and Advanced Planning Systems (APO SNP/PPDS or similar)
- Proven track record delivering SAP solutions within complex global ERP/APS environments
- Experience coordinating small teams and using structured change control methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in regulated and highly structured industries
Nice to have:
- Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or high-tech manufacturing
- Integration knowledge across S/4 modules (MM, QM, SD)
