International | End-User
Join a family run company, that is long-established as an international end-user in the West Flanders region with its own production sites, distribution centres and a growing global footprint.
What you’ll do
* Lead the implementation, configuration, customization and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across multiple sites (production, supply chain, sales, distribution).
* Translate business requirements into BC setups: modules, workflows, extensions, integrations.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Operations) to understand needs and improve processes with BC.
* Manage integrations between BC and other systems (ERP adjunct tools, inventory tracking, reporting/BI, website/webshop).
* Ensure system reliability, performance, security and version upgrades.
* Provide training, support & documentation to end users.
* Identify opportunities to optimize, automate, and simplify BC-based workflows.
* Monitor and maintain data integrity while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
What we’re looking for
* 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
* Strong understanding of supply chain, manufacturing or production workflows (or willingness to learn in an industrial production/distribution context).
* Experience with integrations (APIs, data flows, EDI).
* Technical skills: AL development or extensions in BC, customization, configuration.
* Comfortable with reporting/analytics; ideally some Power BI exposure.
* Clear communicator, able to support and train non-technical users.
* Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
* Self-starter, organised, problem-solver.
