We work with ambitious brands and help them win through smart content and sharper strategy.The RoleWe're looking for a creative-minded Video Editor and Social Strategist to join us on a part-time contractor basis - roughly 2 weeks of work per month.The role splits across two areas:Agency social (Media Stack's own TikTok & Instagram)— editing short-form video content that we use to attract inbound leads and run paid ads againstClient work— supporting content creation and creative strategy for a selection of our clients, primarily ecommerce brands running ads on Meta and TikTokThis isn't a passive editing role. We want someone who can look at a piece of content, tell us why it did or didn't work, and have a point of view on what to test next.What You'll Be DoingEditing short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels (organic and paid)Supporting creative strategy — hooks, scripting, formats, testing frameworksContributing to Media Stack's own social content calendarReviewing performance data and feeding insights back into the creative processWorking with AI tools to improve output quality and speedWhat We're Looking For+3 years of experience in video editing and/or social contentA strong portfolio of short-form content — TikTok and/or Meta ads ideallySomeone who thinks like a strategist, not just an editorComfortable working independently and remotelySolid written EnglishFamiliarity with AI tools (CapCut, Runway, etc.) is a plusExperience with UK brands or ecommerce is a bonus, not a dealbreakerPractical Details~2 weeks of work per month (versátil, async-friendly)Contractor arrangementFully remoteBudget: up to €1,700/month for the contracted period
