Role Overview
In this full‐time role, you will handle customer interactions in German, resolve incidents, and support clients with contract‐related inquiries, vehicle replacements, and breakdown assistance. You will also process requests from multiple channels efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* German customer support for a major car‐rental company
* Incident resolution and case follow‐up
* Contract and service management including vehicle replacements and breakdowns
* Multichannel request handling (email, workflows, portals, internal teams)
Requirements:
* Experience in customer service or support (preferred)
* Strong telephone communication skills
* Solid problem‐solving abilities and willingness to learn
* German + English proficiency
* Based remotely anywhere in Spain
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
Interviews & training: Fully in English
Start date: June (TBC)
Contract conditions:
* 4‐month temporary contract via EUROFIRMS (ETT)
* Option to join the company permanently after the initial period
