As a Freelance / Independent Performance Media Expert Consultant, you are responsible for the quality of deliverables, achieving defined objectives, and ensuring the smooth execution of your mission.
Key Responsibilities
* Build roadmaps and action plans aligned with clients’ marketing objectives
* Define and implement Paid Media strategies; launch and manage acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, etc.)
* Structure advertising accounts and allocate budgets across channels and campaigns
* Ensure tracking reliability in collaboration with technical teams
* Define and manage a continuous experimentation plan (audiences, creatives, messaging, landing pages)
* Coordinate the creation of advertising content and assets with internal and external agencies
* Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
* Produce dashboards and detailed reports to monitor KPIs
* Prepare and lead presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
* Minimum 4+ years of experience in performance marketing
* Previous experience working as a Freelance / Independent Consultant, ideally in an agency or media environment
* Strong expertise in SEA (Search Engine Advertising) and SMA (Social Media Advertising)
* Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to extract insights and turn them into performance improvements
* Solution-oriented, action-driven, and results-focused
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to different environments
* Experience working with large / enterprise clients
* Fluent in Spanish
* Fluent in English (mandatory)
