PbFresh Del Monte is one of the world's leading vertically integrated producers, marketers and distributors of high-quality fresh and fresh-cut fruit and vegetables, as well as a leading producer and distributor of prepared food across the globe. /b /ppbr/ppbThe Group is established in more than 100 countries and has nearly 40.000 employees worldwide. /b /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a bKey Account Manager /b based in Castelldefels (Barcelona), on a permanent contract. /ppbr/ppThe Key Account Manager maintain the relationship between key distributors and customers as well as internal sourcing and distribution department. /ppbr/ppbThe successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: /b /ppbr/pulliValidate daily customer orders (ECI, Consum), issue weekly invoicing to customers, and reconcile customer debit/credit notes. /liliApprove suppliers’ weekly invoices, issue the corresponding packaging invoice, validate weekly production yield, and update related accruals. /liliMonitor packaging stock levels (pots and resealable film) and issue production write offs. /liliReview weekly PL and key KPIs (volume, sales, OI, yield/waste and service level). /liliConduct weekly market checks on pricing, new product launches, and competitor activity. /liliBusiness Financial Leadership: /li /ulp-Lead the financial management of the Fresh-Cut business, owning the PL and driving profitability, margin performance, and the annual Plan/Budget. /pp-Define the category strategy, including portfolio development, price positioning, and the innovation roadmap. /pulliCommercial Management: /li /ulp-Lead commercial relationships with retailers, including contracts, pricing, negotiations, claims, promotions, and account administration. /pp-Develop new customers and business opportunities. /pulliOperations Supply Chain: /li /ulp-Manage the end-to-end Fresh-Cut operation with Surexport (raw material, production, logistics, pricing). /pp-Lead demand planning, volume forecasting, and the resolution of operational or supply issues to ensure business continuity. /pulliPackaging Procurement: /li /ulp-Manage packaging suppliers (ITC, Smilesys, ACSA), including POs, pricing, logistics, certificates, and compliance. /pp-Approve packaging purchases with Corporate Procurement (forecasting, costing). /pp-Ensure packaging availability and cost efficiency through proactive supplier management and forecasting. /pulliProduct Development POS: /li /ulp-Lead all NPD processes, including item creation, technical documentation, artwork, and certifications. /pp-Manage POS activities and coordinate with Marketing, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Procurement. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbSkills required: /b /ppbr/pulliBachelor’s degree from business school. /liliFundamental experience as sales (min. 3/5 years’ experience) with B2B preferably in FMCG company. /liliFluent in English. /liliManaging external relationships with third parties, coordination projects. /liliFinancial acumen. Acknowledgement of financial systems and reporting; planning and forecasting. /liliAnalytical skills: good numeracy, understanding PLs, financial reports. /liliEntrepreneurial. /liliStrategic thinking: experienced in developing, preparing, and presenting strategic plans and ability to challenge the plans presented by distributor. /liliExcellent communicational/organizational skills. /liliIT-experience: ability to create and prepare Power Point presentations, good Excel skills. /liliPresentation: senior level presentation communication skills required.
