As a member of our dynamic and fast-paced group, you'll play a key role in crafting and bringing to life innovative solutions that delight millions of customers across the globe. You will lead work streams to design and implement large-scale ML solutions, integrating the latest state-of-the-art research into our global products to enhance customer experience. Collaborating with partner teams across Apple, you'll share your experience, propose architectures that meet international market needs, and foster continual learning. This role sits at the intersection of Machine Learning and Software Engineering. The ideal candidate will have expertise with large language models, machine learning lifecycle management, data generation methods, model training & validation, coupled with strong fundamentals and passion for software engineering and system architecture. Minimum Qualifications
* Experience writing software in Swift, Objective-C, C++, or C, preferably on Apple platforms.
* Strong skills in object-oriented software design and programming.
* Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques.
* Native-level proficiency in German or Spanish, with good cultural familiarity with Germany or Spain.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Data Generation Approaches, LLM fine-tuning, and optimization.
* Ability to formulate research problems, design experiments, implement solutions, and communicate findings effectively.
* M.S., Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
