Responsibilities
* Manage and support a portfolio of hospitality clients in the Norwegian market
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction
* Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and virtual meetings
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth on-boarding and service delivery
* Assist in identifying opportunities to grow client accounts and improve performance
* Report performance results and provide feedback to stakeholders
* Ensure accurate data entry and documentation in CRM tools
Requirements
* Native or fluent Norwegian (C1+)
* Fluent English (B2+)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong customer-service and relationship-building mindset
* Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account support is a plus (not mandatory)
