Mission

* Provide human resources and administrative management to meet business objectives within a fair working environment.
* Lead processes, procedures, and tools to attract, retain, and motivate personnel according to corporate policies.
* As process owner, be accountable for IMS process management, including process review, KPI management, procedure updates, corrective and preventive actions, and resource allocation.

Activities

* Interface with department heads and managers to devise and implement HR policies.
* Participate in business planning, performance reviews, and operational activities as a partner to the business.
* Ensure payroll system reliability, control access, and data security.
* Plan and adjust manpower needs according to business evolution and plant budget.
* Advise managers on organizational and staff development.
* Evaluate organizational and positional needs and modify attributes accordingly.
* Coordinate recruitment and induction processes for managers, technicians, and supervisors.
* Manage training plans and monitor training costs.
* Implement remuneration, benefits, and welfare policies.
* Optimize governmental subsidies related to labor, environment, and welfare.
* Conduct market-based pay comparisons in liaison with corporate HR.
* Ensure consistency in compensation and benefits policies across the site.
* Adapt job descriptions and skills profiles to local contexts.
* Assess learning and development needs, including soft skills and leadership training.
* Drive competency management and monitor performance reviews.
* Handle administrative cases, payroll, and disciplinary issues.
* Maintain industrial relations and serve as an interface between management, employee representatives, and staff.
* Develop and implement action plans based on employee survey feedback.
* Support plant HSE initiatives to ensure safety and improve working conditions.
* Ensure effective communication processes to identify and resolve issues early.
* Deploy internal communication policies, such as information boards and newsletters.
* Manage HR staff objectives and departmental needs.
* Stay informed about legal changes affecting social law and evaluate policies accordingly.
* Manage legal permits for foreign employees.
* Monitor HR-related reporting monthly.
* Maintain good communication and relationships with union members.
* Coordinate personnel development plans to ensure smooth operations with motivated, skilled personnel.

Specific tasks for greenfield projects:

* Establish HR processes and procedures aligned with corporate processes, organizational goals, budget, local legislation, and HR best practices.
* Recruit MOI and MOD personnel.
* Supervise training plans for key technical positions and induction programs to foster motivation, discipline, and industrial peace.

Specific local activities (if applicable):

* Member of the plant's Steering Committee.
* Responsible for macroprocess S7.

Competence requirements

* Knowledge / Qualification: Business school, master’s degree (HR specialization) is a plus. Good knowledge of local legislation.
* Experience: 5-7 years in HR, with comprehensive experience in recruitment, training, industrial relations, and statutory compliance. Experience in an industrial context preferred.
* Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and command of English.
