As a Customer Marketing Specialist for our Neuromodulation business, you will build and execute the value proposition for your target customer audience, from developing insights to designing the end-to-end customer experience.

A Day in the Life
You will be responsible for:
* Supporting field activities, including customer dinners and presentations, or any other targeted support requests.
* Developing strategy for local events, including conferences, trade shows, conventions, and physician events and/or programs.
* Localizing marketing programs through partnerships with local stakeholders.
* Analyzing voice-of-customer data, monitoring customer loyalty, driving new engagement opportunities, and identifying and supporting customer advocates.
* Assisting in the quarterly plan of action (QPOA) and customer targeting.
* Ensuring the field and inside sales team are well equipped to execute marketing tactics.
* Managing competitive intelligence by monitoring the competitive landscape and communicating current and anticipated future competitive activities to the organization.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Degree in a relevant functional area and equivalent years of experience.
* Ability to develop and expand relationships with key physicians and Medtronic personnel.
* Sales orientation or exposure to working with direct sales organizations.
* Strong project management skills, organized and detail-oriented; know how to manage multiple priorities and projects with short timelines.
* Fluent in English and local language, both speaking and writing.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Willingness to travel within your region (25%+).
