Following our recent $80m Series C funding, we are ready to push beyond. /p pWe are seeking bTalent Acquisition Partner /b in bTechnology /b recruitment; an individual who is passionate about enabling a product-led organisation by engaging and hiring talented members across all things Product. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liPartner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and identify ideal candidate profiles. /li liDevelop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active talent using various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, databases, referrals, networking, etc.). /li liBuild and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles. /li liConduct initial outreach and pre-qualification to assess candidate fit and interest. /li liLeverage market research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies. /li liMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). /li liSupport employer branding initiatives through online engagement and professional communities. /li liCollaborate with the recruiting team to continuously improve sourcing tools, processes, and reporting. /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 ul liExperience in talent sourcing, from in-house, agency or RPO models, with end-to-end experience /li liExperience in recruiting across Technology roles /li liInnovative, and outside of the box thinker who is not afraid to express their opinion, present new ideas and is open to continuous feedback. /li liThe ability to pivot and adapt your ways of working to achieve the best outcome, in the quickest possible time! /li liYou have a proven track record of building pipelines for both ‘active’ and ‘passive’ candidates; building a rapport throughout and ultimately closing offers! /li liYou have a curious mindset and an interest in research; open to 360-degree feedback and looking to grow /li liYou feel comfortable in the start-up environment, with a General footprint and a very diverse team. /li liYou want to be part of a diverse and international start-up company and play a key role in its identity development. /li liData analysis and measurement: the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to measure the impact of the hiring initiatives /li liTools affinity, keeping our ATS updated, and data accurate. /li liYou are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing /li /ul h3What you can expect /h3 ul liYou will join a fast-paced travel tech company and take on a rapidly growing industry. /li liYou will take on ownership and responsibility from day one and directly impact the company's success. /li liWe value agility!
