Responsibilities
* Lead and guide a small team of Visualizers and CAD Drafters, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
* Plan and execute product implementation in line with Ideolux's growth roadmap.
* Oversee product development within the PIM system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer demands.
* Collaborate with design, sales support, and supply chain teams to deliver efficient and reliable solutions.
* Manage the full product lifecycle—from concept and launch to continuous improvement.
* Coordinate directly with OEM partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure product quality.
* Report to the Directors with regular updates on team performance, product progress, and strategic initiatives.
* Track performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
* Educational background in Engineering or related field.
* Proven experience as a Product Manager or Team Leader.
* 3-5 years experience in the architectural lighting industry.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a results driven mindset.
* A passion for technical products and solutions – someone who loves technical challenges and innovation.
* Ability to balance technical knowledge with business strategy.
* Familiarity with international markets and product development processes.
* Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Figma, ERP, CRM.
* A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
